1. The service

i-vory Post lets you publish photo carousels to your own TikTok account. It is operated by I-RENT ENTERPRISES S.R.L., company ID 51276958, Bucharest, Romania, trading as i-vory Studio ("we"). It is free to use. By logging in you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Your account and your content

• You connect your own TikTok account, or an account you are authorized to manage, through TikTok's login. You can revoke the connection at any time in TikTok or with Delete my data in the app.
• You are responsible for what you publish. You confirm that you own the photos or have the right to use them, and that the post follows TikTok's Community Guidelines and the laws that apply to you.
• If a post promotes yourself, your business or a third party, you must turn on the content disclosure setting in the app, as TikTok requires.
• Nothing is published unless you press Post. We do not edit, watermark or add branding to your photos.

3. TikTok

Publishing is done through TikTok's Content Posting API. TikTok decides whether and when a post appears, and may apply its own limits, review and moderation. We are not responsible for TikTok's decisions or for its service being unavailable. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's own terms. TikTok is a trademark of TikTok Ltd.; we are not affiliated with it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to publish content that is illegal, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, to send spam, or to try to disrupt or bypass the limits of the service or of TikTok. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for lost reach or engagement, or for content you chose to publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Ending the service

You may stop at any time. We may change or end the service, and we will delete the data we hold in line with the privacy policy.

7. Law and contact
